The Role:
Packaging Technician The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail and an eye for quality control across all our product offerings.
This individual must be able to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

Job Description The Packaging Technician will work to effectively complete all weighing and packaging steps converting our freshly produced raw bulk products into completely finished packaged goods.
This position will adhere to specific direct to packaging protocols set by CVF Processing and the State of Michigan including but not limited to the following areas:
weighing and dispensing of multiple forms and formats of cannabis-based products, maintaining consistency and accuracy of packaging procedures, labeling/stickering of packages, keeping consistent quality control standards, updating, and tracking of completed products, daily throughput benchmarks, and calculating/logging inventory.
oEfficiently packaging CVF concentrate products to standard as directed by packaging production lead manager oEnsures accurate and consistent weighing of and filling of multiple product types including Cartridges, Diamonds, Shatter, Badder, Wax, Sugar, Edibles, and Tinctures.
oMaintains standards and daily packaging throughput expectations oExecutes final labeling and adhesion of all required manufacturing labels to products per State of Michigan Regulations.
oAssists with QC and final inspection, cleaning, and approval of all products cartridges post packaging before final inventory.
oWorks in a quick and efficient manner and strives to consistently increase productivity.
oResponsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the packaging spaces and rooms while performing all duties.
oTracks and documents all finished goods and packaging inventory totals upon completion and reconciliation.
Salary $30000 - $35000 USD per year Required Skills Skill Requirements:
High attention to detail and organization.
Perform a range of repetitive tasks with great efficiency over 8-hour work periods without losing quality.
Ability to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers to help maintain quality standards and production goals.
Read and follow manuals for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees.
Impeccable integrity, strong ethics, and sound professional judgment.
Education / Experience Must be over 21 Must successfully pass this background check.
Reliable transportation High School diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in cannabis is preferred but is not required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable manufacturing or task-based environment.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
