We're seeking motivated and diligent individuals to join our team at a state-of-the-art cannabis grow facility.
Responsibilities Assisting in daily cultivation tasks such as spraying, defoliating, and harvesting cannabis plants to ensure optimal growth and quality.
Participating in the cleaning and maintenance of the grow facility to meet strict hygiene standards.
Supporting the cultivation team in various tasks, including but not limited to planting, trimming, and packaging.
Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues to the cultivation manager.
Complying with all safety policies and procedures, as well as state and local regulations regarding cannabis cultivation.
Experience No previous experience in cannabis cultivation required; however, a keen interest in learning about the cannabis industry is essential.
Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (excluding cannabis).
