Reports To:
Administrator Essential Job Duties Standard precautions must be followed in all job duties 1.
Performs visual and auditory inspection of mechanical systems and equipment, reports their condition, and makes minor repairs as delegated.
2.
Will go to retail establishments for items needed in the building.
3.
Rearranges, moves, relocates, and stores furniture, resident equipment, office equipment and other items as directed.
4.
Performs a variety of cleaning jobs relative to maintenance of building.
5.
May be needed to remove snow and ice using shovels and/or other mechanical equipment.
6.
Moves and stores supplies and stocks supplies as needed and directed.
7.
Performs pick up and removal of wasted as instructed.
8.
Attends educational presentations as assigned and applies information as directed by supervisor.
9.
Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
10.
Works closely with the Administrator.
